General Motors Product Improvement Idea

Why is the Silverado limited to the LTZ package for the engine upgrades? Can't they let me decide what I want rather than force feeding me all the BS that I could care less to have? All I want is a 1500 double cab 4x4 with the 6.2 and an 8 speed trans, with basic options, ie., A/C, cruise, power windows/locks, maybe the radio controls on steering wheel and Bluetooth, that's it! It's a truck, if I wanted a Cadillac, I would buy one. Guess I'll keep driving my 1975 chevy pickup until GM gets their head out of their . . ., whatever.
