This is a new technique in exercising using attached body weights (made by golds gym). The technique can be developed into a type of exercise class and marketed in stores as a kit. The idea came about because I needed to build core strength and muscle but didn't have the time or motivation to do a formal exercise class or gym visit. Wearing ankle, wrist, and a weighted vest I go about my daily routine of cleaning, dancing to my favorite songs, or running errands. With the added weights my heart rate stays elevated so I burn more calories and build core muscle strength. It is also convenient and fun since I forget I'm wearing them. The weights can be sold with fashion sleeves that can be velcroed over the weights and slipped off for washing so they can be worn discreetly if desired. My favorite way to use the set is to dance while wearing the weights which gives me a great workout and I'm having fun. This can be turned into a dance class of different genres like "weightercising to the 80's" for example. Hope you like my idea! Mary
