Allow Users To Use Gmail's Smtp Service For "Send Mail As"

In August 2014 Google removed a long standing feature of gmail which allowed users to use different From/Reply-To addresses while using gmail's SMTP service. Many of us miss this functionality which allowed us to cheaply have business class email. Bring it back Google!
