How To Combat Child Exploitive Material. Ie, Child Porn

Ive run into sexual child abuse material more than once through many different sites on a Google search and it is very frustrating that sites reappear, when I've reported the ones I come across

Here's the idea:

I hear that Gmail is screened for child pornographic material. What if you were to use the same technology if possible to screen the web, especially when sites are redirected. When it detects know child exploitative material the site is shut down, and erased. If possible. I'm no tech wiz but I read a lot, and I know this isn't out of the realm of possibility. Then you can share this technology with other companies. This should stop these images and material. Although I can't speak to what effect that will have if they are new images, which would create a demand, but I'm sure you'll figure it out.
