Make It Easy To Understand English For The People

hi, i am from Pakistan and i feel a difficulty every time when i read any artical or any thing in wikipedia as most people in our kind of countries are like me who do not uderstand english completely , is it possible that when any reader brings the cuirser on the word that word should be translated into local language or into easy english with a pop up .it will make google more user friendly
