Self Sanitizing And A Birthday Candle That Won’t Singe Hair

It would be nice if someone invented a self sanitizing, and a Birthday candle that wouldn't singe people's hair every time they blew out that candle. The Birthday candle blowing tradition is an old tradition and it would be wonderful if someone invented a candle that would sanitize the whole room, and a candle that wouldn't singe people's hair every time they blew them out!
