Special Pill For Woman’s Periods

I would like it if someone invented a special pill for young and teenage woman's menstrual periods that won't raise the risk of ovarian cancer or blood clots, or heart attack, or stroke, for when they go traveling or whenever it's their Birthday, or Christmas, or other Holidays etc, because it's super annoying that whenever I've gotten periods on Holidays or Birthdays, or during my travels. So I would like it if someone came up with a special pill for this annoying minor thing, whenever a woman feels the PMS symptoms coming on, this pill would be sort of like taking some Emergen-C or Airborne (which is what people take for whenever they feel the symptoms of their colds and flu coming on).
