I was just reading another story about a forgotten baby dying after being left in a hot car and had an idea. My husband and I bought a generic key faub online and was able to program it ourselves, some have to be taken to a dealership. Why couldn't a sensor be made to put in the car seat that is triggered when there is weight in the car seat, but the car has been shut off for a certain amount of time? Just a thought. I would think this could be an after market product to be placed under the fabric of any car seat. Thank you for taking the time to read the idea of an older mom/nurse who can't imagine how those parents go on.

I believe that I have an eloquent idea for this that has been written up to be included in a completely revolutionary Car Seat AIO that I hold a patent on. I would love to sell this to the right person as seed money for the many inventions to follow.

I was thinking of a key chain linked to the carseat. It sounds off 3 really loud beeps when you move 8 ft or more from the car.
