hire another person to answer calls so the wait isn't an hour and when a customer tells you something listen to them that would be a great start

The happier the customer, the more they'll buy your groupons. Live person to talk to would help.

Have an actual customer chat area so I don't have to call and wait. When I called I was told that the wait would be "more than 2 hours" by that time the telephone customer service would be closed.
