Refund Processing

A merchant owes me a refund, which was processed through Groupon Merchant. I received an email from [email protected] saying that the refund was processed on Friday. The email did not include the transaction number. The refund has not shown up at my credit card yet, so now I need to track down the transaction number. IDEA: print the transaction number on the email and provide a phone number if there are problems. I am now on hold with Groupon customer service and hope that eventually they can help. A waste of both your and my time.
