Guitar Center Customer Service Improvement IdeaSubmitted 9 years ago
I have purchased guitars from Guitar center over the years. Some of them have been winners, and I want to thank you. My Ibanez GRG20Z and my new Line 6 Flextone are amazing. You guys rock there. I did buy two guitars, Fender Strat Squire and and Ephiphone Les Paul Speciall II. I found that the mainstays in rock guitar are not building guitars that last for the price. (A bridge fell off after one use, and the other the humbucker was cold soldered off killing one humbucker. Ouch)
But I gave you guys another shot. But I've heard that you bought Musicians Friend Inc. back 1996. I noticed you both have the same warehouse address.
Here's my customer suggestion. When going into a music store is such a blast and great experience, Guitar Center offers that awesome experience. But Musician's Friends team isn't always so friendly.
Sack Musicians friend permanently. Guitar center has some real awesome guitars and amps. Your used equipment has a lot of virtues that cannot be matched.
But Musicians' friend has phony employees who are not so fun.
