Hi my name is reana chowyen I am employed at harbor freight tools as a customer service sales rep. I enjoy working for harbor freight tools. But I have an idea for customer and cashier. I know our job as sales rep is to sale in club track membership. But I see customer that get surprise when u ask them to join the membership and the say ohh I don't get the inclub track price with out the coupon. I think that since customer have to get on their smart devices to look up coupon which take forever. I think you should get a app that customer can load their coupon to and it's loaded to there card like other retail stores is doing.. thank you for listening to my idea
