A few years back, I have invented a magnetic chalk end and got a patent for the invention. I have created several prototypes and handed them out at work to fellow employees. After several months of use, they came back and said they found the product very useful and wanted to see the product on the market. The magnetic chalk line end is a multipurpose tool and can be used on metal studs, and any type of framing. Since it still has the same modern shape it can do all the basic functions. The purpose of the Magnetic end is how it can hold itself in place when snapping a line, so you do not have to clamp it or have another person hold the line. This tool is best used on commercial jobs because most workers will be working with metal, so it will serve more purpose.
