Extending LapTop Screen

To aid Laptop users from having to stoop why not have telescopic screen hinge/hinges of some type where the user simply pulls the screen up to a great height than the normal `just` open push back.An extendable higher screen would mean less neck ache used at a desk or even on a users lap.
