Try Hiring More Customer Service People So Your Customers Wont Have To Sit On Hold For 45 Mins Or More. Also Try Sending Your Return Boxes When You Say Your Going To Send Them. I Have Been Waiting Two Weeks For A Box To Return My Broken Laptop To You For Repairs. Its Still Under Warrenty. So , No Only Did It Not Even Last A Year, But Its Getting Near Impossible To Get You To Honor Your Warrenty. Before You Start Adding More Usless Gadgets, Why Dont You Start At The Beginning And See If Your Customers Are Happy. I Will Never Again Purchase One Of Or Suggest One Of Your Products. Your Just Rediculous. Take A Deep Breath And Start At The Beginning ......your Really Doing A Terrible Job Keeping Your Customers Happy. Read Your Review Page. Its Full Of Negative Reviews. Serves You Right.
