Simple Informational System That Works On Logic Circuits

My idea is a very simple learning system, using one bit memory intergraded circuits. It is a simple information system that does not use a processor or need programming; it works on logic integrated circuits. The design philosophy is to make a simple system that is understandable down to the component level and allows the hardware to be under the design control of the school children. The idea is for them to develop strong creative and disciplined minds that understand the system at all levels of design and enable them to flow and grow and to care and share.
