Ability To Reveive Alerts And Events From External Sources

I would like to see, while driving, alerts and events being handled and displayed on screen. I want to see School buses, ambulances, fire trucks etc send a signal out that the car can pick up in real time and display an appropriate message:
1- School buses - school bus stpped and flashing - STOP
2- Police car / ambulance emergency coming on your left - MOVE OVER IMMEDIATELY
This requires coordination with emergency vecihules and school buses to have the ability to send an alert / event when appropriate. Then cars can pick up and respond accordingly.

This can reduce accidents and deaths.

I cannot take credit for this idea.
It ws my 10 year old grandson who had the idea while I was explaining some of the saftey features on my new Honda CRV.
