Sir,
I am Sabu.D from Trivandrum.I am submitting herewith a new concept for your kind consideration.
PRINCIPLE INVOLVED IN THE INNOVATION

In our invented crank shaft less reciprocating machine sine wave grooved shaft is one of the main components. Since it does the purpose of crank shaft and connecting rod, both shafts can be replaced by single sine wave shaft.

The Sine Wave Shaft is named because, sine wave shaped groove is carved on its periphery. The amplitude of the groove determines stroke length of the piston. When amplitude of the groove increases, stroke length also increases and when amplitude of groove decreases stroke length also decreases. Designing of amplitude of sine wave is closely related with diameter of sine wave shaft.

In the internal combustion engine, piston gets the power due to the ignition of the fuel and it reciprocate. At this time balls in the ball holder will travel through the sine wave shaped groove provided on the periphery of sine wave shaft. Because of it, this shaft will rotate and useful power (rotation) will be delivered from the end of the shaft.

In other reciprocating machines like air compressors, pumps, refrigerator compressors etc., external drive is given to the end of sine wave shaft from an electric motor. When motor rotates sine wave shaft also rotates. At this time balls in the ball holder will travel through the groove of sine wave shaft and as a result of it ball holder along with piston move up and down or piston reciprocate inside the cylinder and the system will work.
