Design For Hearing Impaired

I have a hearing impair,meant that cannot be corrected with hearing aids. In the last two months I have mistakenly left the headlights on because I can not hear the warning signal and had to call AAA because my battery went dead. It would be very helpful if there was a flashing light or something similar to remind me and others with this problem. It would also work if you left your keys in the car.
