This is all speculation but I am a "high end" E-bike mechanic in Carmel, CA (take that for what you want) but I think the current Cub/Dax/Zoomer models have the approachability, sex appeal, and cost point that is unmatched anywhere. I recommend establishing a storefront in Carmel or Monterey that hosts sales, repairs, and tours to the massive volume of extremely rich tourists that frequent this area daily (and who always end up at the e-bikes). Ensure that your mechanics are only certified to work on your bikes, include Honda in the branding (obviously) but blend it with the community. Like "You came to see Monterey let Honda get you there" or whatever. It's a ripe ripe market!
