No Helmet Indicator

No helmet indicator can be used to indicate the rider that he/she is not protected by a Helmet. This can be implemented either as an indicator which beeps and alerts the rider or can completely stop the rider from riding his bike. The technology can be implemented by emitting an infrared ray which scans the face of rider to check whether a helmet is present or by having a connectivity with the bike and helmet.
