Nowadays there is a lot of accident from two wheelers and driver's life is lost due to not installing the driver helmet. Most of these cases are found in our country. Our opinion is that the helmet should be attached to the two-wheeler and unless the driver is Hamlet Two-wheelers should not be started till worn, two-wheelers should be started only after the driver's helmet is worn, this will reduce the risk of driver's life and the helmet should be connected with two-wheelers.
