Reflective Strip For Rear If Vehicles

I drive my Si at night on unlit Highways in Westchester County in NY. Quite often I see cars without any lights on in the rear of the car. I've seen sometimes the headlights are on and sometimes no lights at all.

My suggestion, have a reflective (holographic) strip on the rear of the car so my headlights would pick up the car in the dark.
