Have An Email Address

I have 2 hotmail accounts. I can only access 1 because the other one is requesting a security code. When I enter the code (which is sent to my other email account) I still can not access my first account. This is ridiculous, it does not increase security it simply inconveniences to a huge degree your customers. I have been trying to find an email address to contact you but you do not have one, or else it is kept hidden from your customers. I am in Turkey for a week and so can not call you. This has been an exhasperating experience and I am very dissatisfied with this service.
