I Miss My Son!

Dear Huawei,

My wife left me after my accident(i felt down while i was helping at my neigbour cutting his trees 3 autumn before...)and she took my son. After i left the hospital i did everything to be as near as i can to my son, i help them find new flat in a city etc... But my ex wife so selfish, she has a relationship for a couple months and yesterday she just told me that she going to live in a city which is a 100 km far from my home...I cant do anything because of the law.
i was wondering if its possible to build a phone something like a "Dad caller"...
My idea is:
1;get a sim card
2;give permissions to a sim(like: which are those number to get the call from and what u can call)
3;get an android phone what children cant broke easily
4;need a pure android version which looks like: (its not an app)
a;whe dont need options or setting
b;dont need password cause the sim already "protected"
c;what we only need is a button what make a call to the parent
d;the call must be a video call (face time)
e;we will need a button to finish the call
f;there is a couple good features left in my mind...

Why i would like this?

I love my son soo much! i want to be a good father! I cant be next to him if he so far away!
He is only 4 years old.

This phone what i did "dream",its easy to use for children, and its keep a connection between us even if we far from each other.
