Text To Speech Feature Integrated Into The Messaging App

I would like to see a feature into the messaging app so if you hold on to a message a pop-up window comes up with different options including the text-to-speech option. Clicking on text-to-speech enables you to hear the message that is written in that message window. The speech engine doesn't have to be provided by Google but owned and made by Huawei. Make the speech engine sound more human-like.
