Sub Accounts For Saving Account

Hi,
I have been looking for a product which I can use to manage my budget. There are many apps online which can help me in doing that,however I feel that a bank product which allow me to manage my budget would be my best choice. The whole idea is to allow users to create sub accounts to any saving bank account . The user would also set some rules to segregate his balance in different subaccounts.
So for example one would create two sub accounts named travel and shopping for a saving account and will set rule to credit some % of the balance to these accounts on monthly basis.
While spending money he can select which subaccount to debit from.
I feel such product would help everyone to manage and track their expenses in best possible way.
