Breakfast Fajita

My idea is that of a classic style Fajita, but trading the meat for a sausage/bacon or even chorizo, rice for hashbrowns, and potentially allowing the additions of eggs if the customer wants. I still feel like classic toppings like peppers and sautéed mushrooms/onions should be standard with this Fajita. Dipping sauces like salsa could really bring this traditional dinner-made-new into the limelight as a breakfast.
