A few days ago I wanted to make pancakes. Unfortunately the only item I had for a pan was a Wok. Just as I was about to heat the Wok up and work with it the best that I could to make a Pancake, I remembered that I also had a Cupcake pan as well and wondered what would happen if I used that instead....
It worked! IT looked just like a Muffin, but had a totally different taste and texture to it! I thought for a while about the different combinations that could go into this.... This would change the history of Pancakes entirely!
It doesn't take long to make them, and although without trimming them a bit, it's a bit more complicated to stack them up like you normally would with pancakes... I see it as a great "On The Go" solution for family's all around the world - who would like to have a few pancakes for breakfast, but don't have to time sit and eat....
