It would be a good idea to answer telephones in your stores. I have been trying to cancel a draperie order and can not get in contact with anyone in any department...then I got through to someone in women's dept. they took my name and number. No call back. One live person answered and laughed at me and hunt up. Another in the hair salon took my message and haven't heard from them. I suggest you all answer your phones. I will now be forced to go in person to the store where it will be unpleasant.
