Small JCP Stores

Zip code: 76692, Whitney, TX: I was in need of a bra this past weekend & wanted to go somewhere to buy, Dollar General was around, but nothing that had more or clothes in these small towns. Idea; create a small version of JCP in same towns that have dollar general to supply basic needs to people in area. Don't carry all full store items, but limited to top sells. Like a Walmart neighbor store, but for clothing, bras, Pj, jeans, shoes, etc
