I think my sandwich will be a great addition to the menu for numerous reasons. Most notable the Sourdough Sweet N Heat sandwich can be enjoyed for breakfast lunch or dinner. Making it a versatile addition to our menu. It has the essence of chicken and waffles with the convenience of being eaten on the go. To make it start with Sourdough buns 2 shakes of cinnamon on the top bun, add a maple syrup swirl on the top and bottom buns. A spicy chicken breast with a dollop of whipped cream between the bun and chicken. I understand it sounds odd to some but the whipped cream tops it all off because it melts into the bread and around the chicken. For extra heat jalapeños can be added.
