Kentucky Fried Chicken Product Improvement Idea

I found out a few months ago I'm a celiac but before this I used to eat KFC and I would love to be able to eat there still. I suggest making your fried chicken using rice flour instead of normal flour so celiacs can still go to your restaurants or you could only use rice flour when it is ordered on demand by a customer.
