All of your meals, at present, include soft drinks as standard. But, what if your customers DON'T WANT soft drinks? And, what if the don't like popcorn chicken but it is included with their chosen meal? But they're paying full price and they're being told they can't be offered alternatives? An extra piece of chicken, which is what your customers are buying the meal for anyway? An extra side? Maybe some salad? They don't want to be made to feel as they are obliged to have what they don't actually want because it's included.
