KFC should stir up the controversy they are involved in to their advantage. It all starts with one person,it is clearly evident that there is a reputation attack aimed at tainting the KFC reputation. Feature an ad that will take people to where it all started,and that KFC is still the best up to this day. Remind the loyal customers of what KFC IS,what is a stands for? and that it values hygiene and customers.
