Kentucky Fried Chicken Service Improvement Idea

Once a feedback given and discounts is given to customer. But I prefer customer to choose the menu and use the discount. For an example, once a survey completed, I was given validation code for 10% discount for my next purchase of one A'la carte 3pcs chicken but what if I dont prefer it?
