What if you take advantage of the frequent rotation of the figurehead? Put in a couple of comedians that look nothing like him.
Then introduce the slogan: We Are All Colonel Sanders.
Make it ownable. Make it the perspective that we are all invested in KFC and we can all carry the torch for the company.
