Kentucky Fried Chicken New Location Idea

I gave an idea for a new KFC restaurant in Birdwell in Barnsley (UK) but was told it wasn't viable. There is now a new KFC restaurant in Birdwell. There's supposed to be a reward for this but I haven't been contacted, how despicable of KFC to exploit people this way, don't offer a reward if it's not going to be honoured.
