LA FITNESS CLUB needs to hire real at least 4 year educated fitness trainers and not just a trainer with a certificate. It's not enough education and trainers turn over so much it's pathetic. The people that work there need training by the company to know how to treat customers because my fitness trainer in Henrietta NY LA FItNESS would gossip about the customers coming in and she once pointed to a girl and gossiped "she is anorexic and another older lady a customer who pays good money "Oh she talks all the time" This LA FITNESS trainer with only a certificate was not Professional any way and I told her I needed to modify my fitness because of a back injury and she didn't do and I ended up now needing to get a Cat Scan and a shot.

Kris Mallory and I do not care how well her boss talks about her he doesn't know her personally or how 2 faced this woman is. She is 52 years of age and gossips, asked me out to pick strawberries, told me all about her divorce and family issues and she talks about innocent customers who she should have compassion for but her heart is cold. I believe someone like Kris Mallory of the Henrietta LA FITNESS CLUB should be fired. LA FITNESS NEEDS TO HIRE COLLEGE EDUCATED PROFESSIONALS AND PAY THEM DECENTLY OR YOU WILL KEEP GETTING COMPLAINTS UNTILL YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS. I AM NO LONGER A MEMBER AS THE KRIS MALLORY BOSS OVER TALKED ME AND WOULD NOT LISTEN AND REVOKED MY MEMBERSHIP WHICH WAS ACTUALLY A REAL GIFT TO ME AS I AM VERY HAPPY WITH S T A R Z PHYSICAL THERAPY AND FITNESS TRAINING CENTER AND ALL HAVE DEGREE'S.

KRIS MALLORY OF THE HENRIETTA LA FITNESS CLUB IN ROCHESTER NY IS NO GOOD SO I DON'T ADVISE YOU ALLOW HER TO TRAIN YOU IF YOU STILL GO THERE. SHE IS BAD NEWS.
