ABSTRACT
The present invention is an insulated container installed through an exterior wall, allowing for secure, sanitary, and no-contact delivery of mail, parcels, groceries and hot foods in residential or commercial entities. The core components of the invention are an insulated and/or refrigerated rectangular prism with a set of front and rear doors with the front door equipped with a smart phone enabled dead bolt lock and integrated QR/Bar Code Scanner and video doorbell technologies or a mechanical interlock between the front and rear doors. Furthermore, it should be noted that the container can be divided into one or more compartments servicing needs such as mail, grocery, parcel, or hot food delivery.
A chamber can be refrigerated for grocery and/or large parcel delivery and outfitted with UV-C light for sanitization. Due to the insulated and/or refrigerated properties, the unit keeps cold food cold and hot food hot while simultaneously safeguarding the receipt of mail and common parcels.
