LG Smartphones - Photographer Edition

Has LG thought of manufacturing Smartphones branded as Photographer's Edition. It could come with paid applications bundled free of cost from the Android Store, for those who purchase this limited edition phone. These applications could be the popular paid ones that photographers usually use to edit pictures or videos; e.g. Adobe Photoshop CC, GIMP, etc. Alternatively it could with a free value of say, USD 200 value worth of download of "photography related" applications which the users could download according to their choice. Or perhaps free subscription for cloud storage for their photos or videos.
