Gaming Version Of The MX Ergo

Logitech Product Improvement Idea

Submitted 2 years ago

With the precision switch, the MX Ergo is already pretty close to being a gaming mouse for the thumb ball crowd; the MX lets you dial your mouse sensitivity way up for fast reactions, and then hit the precision switch for slow, steady motion when you are zoomed in for a sniper shot. A gaming version could stand to have a few more programmable buttons, but what it really needs is a way to switch in and out of precision mode without taking your thumb off the ball or your clicking fingers off the right and left buttons - I suggest either a button under the pinky finger or built-in logic that lets the mouse respond nonlinearly to thumb movements (i.e. moving the ball the same amount, but twice as fast, would result in a larger movement being fed to the computer)
