A Mouse That Does Not Move The Cursor Unless Hand Is On Mouse

Why? most of the time, I use my mouse on my bed. When I shuffle around in bed, the cursor moves all over the place. Create a sensor that will detect the hand is on the mouse. That should be pretty easy to implement if a company put its mind to it.
