New Headphones Away From The Ears

Hello, I have been working in the online financial services industry for several years. I use headphones with a microphone for several hours a day to interact with customers.
I have tried different types of headphones but in the long run they all give me ear fatigue problems. Is it possible to create a type of headphones that remain a few centimeters away from the ears without "crushing" them?
The headphones must have a microphone and a small panel for managing the volume and enabling / disabling the microphone
Also they must be with USB connection. The business PCs and software we use do not require the use of wireless headsets
