Be Able To Set Time In Destination Mode

When in Destination Mode, it would be nice if I could tell it when I want to get there. That way you could start looking for ride requests that eventually take me towards my destination while getting me there on time. For example:
* If I'm driving for Lyft before or after my regular day job, the app could
let me know when it is time to start heading for work or home.
* If I'm on my way to my regular job, I could take on riders going in that
direction and still get to work on time.
* If I'm going home for the day, I could let my spouse know about what time
I plan to be home and Lyft could assign as many rides as will likely get
me there on time.
* If I have an appointment to get to, I could take on rides that get me in
that general direction and still get to my appointment on time.
