Assistance Required Feature

I think it would be cool to have an Assistance Required button that the rider could click before requesting a ride (for bags/luggage, crutches, a wheelchair, or simply help getting in an out of the car). The driver would see that Assistance is Required before accepting the ride and choose whether or not they are able to assist before accepting the ride and reaching the passenger. The Assistance Required feature would constitute an added bonus for the driver.
I am a petite woman and if someone has large bags, it usually is harder for me to lift them than it is for the passenger. I would prefer to pass on these rides and leave them for other people who are better able to assist these passengers.
