Filter Rides Requiring Physical Contact

I've been receiving a lot of rides to and from medical facilities to give rides to people that require physical assistance in and out of the car. I am not a medical service provider or trained nurse and don't feel comfortable in these situations especially now that we're in a pandemic! Medical agencies that request rides for their passengers need to provide support at both the pickup and destination or provide trained medical personnel to transport their patients. Plus, these ride NEVER tip!!! So, they should be charged a premium for using us to save on their transportation costs!
