Luber is a language learning system. Learner and teacher are connected locally for in person learning any language at conversational level. A teacher doesn't have to be qualified. A teacher is one who has enough language capability to teach at conversational level. A learner upon agreeing to this will be connected. For example A Chinese person who speaks mandarine and has good English speaking capability can teach to a learner mandarine at conversational level.

I assume, One doesn't have to be a teacher to teach conversational language. For example for Mandarine, any Chinese person who is good with English and mandarine at conversational level can give lessons. In that way anyone can be connected to anyone to learn just spoken conversational level language. Just like Uber a leaner can be connected to the right person for the right language. And the middle man who connects them will have teachable tips and material that is useful to both of them on fee basis.
