This might be out of the realm of insurance/liability reasons, but there's the idea of Lyft for trucks or large vans for people who are moving or hauling big loads of stuff around. Already put the taxi companies out of business--why not take the moving companies out, too???
A pickup truck would be fantastic as it's a real pain to rent the ones from Home Depot! I could call Lyft to come over to Ikea to help me with my purchases since I don't have a truck. Many would love this as I've heard when shopping the Ikea in Las Vegas! This new service could be called Lyft Gate! Please consider a test run, please? Ikea would be a very good partner, too.
