Lyft Plus Driver Incentive

I am a Lyft PLUS driver and there are times where we get pinged for rides that are 15/20 miles/minutes away from our current location. Reason being is there aren�¢ï¿½ï¿½t always many PLUS drivers on the road so sometimes we have to go greater distances to get riders when we�¢ï¿½ï¿½re pinged. I know that we�¢ï¿½ï¿½re paid a little more than Regular Lyft rides, I just feel there should be an auto percentage(5-10%) added to rides that you have to go greater than a certain amount of miles/minutes driven to arrive at your passenger. Just because our vehicles usually use more gas.
